• Prepaid orders must be paid in full during checkout using the available payment methods.

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

• Refusal to accept COD or Partial COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

• Hypebays reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer Free Shipping across India.

• Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days, which may vary based on location and courier partner.

• Delivery delays caused by external factors are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

• Exchanges are not offered under any circumstances.

• Refunds for prepaid or Partial COD orders will be processed to the original payment method, bank transfer, or UPI after approval.

• Advance payments made for Partial COD orders may be non-refundable in certain cases such as order refusal or fake orders.
