Partial COD Order Policy

Partial COD PRE- COD (“Hybrid COD”) lets you pay part of your order online and the remaining amount to the courier at delivery.
Please ensure your delivery phone number and shipping address are correct at checkout. Once an order is dispatched, these details cannot be updated.
By choosing Partial COD, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
Availability
- Service area: offered only for serviceable PIN codes and eligible couriers. If your address is not COD‑serviceable, Partial COD will not be available at checkout.
- We may restrict Partial COD by destination, order value, or customer history to prevent abuse.
Prepayment amount (paid online at checkout)
- You pay a percentage or a fixed of the order total online to confirm the order.
- The prepayment is applied toward your total payable.
Balance payable at delivery
- Amount due = order total minus your percentage or fixed prepayment.
- Accepted at delivery: Cash or UPI (subject to courier capability). Card‑on‑delivery may not be available.
- Please prepare exact change where possible. For higher values, UPI is recommended.
Cancellations and non‑delivery
Before dispatch: you may cancel; your percentage or fixed prepayment will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
After dispatch (customer‑attributable): the percentage or fixed prepayment is non‑refundable if:
- you cancel after dispatch or refuse to accept the parcel;
- delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address, unavailability to receive, or refusal to pay the balance;
- you change your mind after placing the order.
After dispatch (our/courier fault): if non‑delivery occurs due to our error, courier serviceability issues, or we cancel for reasons within our control, we will refund your prepayment in full.
Returns and remedies after delivery
No change‑of‑mind returns.
For eligible issues (manufacturing defect, transit damage, incorrect/incomplete item), we will provide a remedy per our Return & Refund Policy. If a refund is due, you will receive:
- the balance paid at delivery (via bank transfer/UPI as applicable), and
- Your percentage or fixed online prepayment to the original payment method.
RTO (return to origin)
Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If an order is returned to the origin:
- Customer‑attributable reasons: the percentage or fixed prepayment is non‑refundable (see Section “Cancellations and non‑delivery”).
- Courier/serviceability reasons: we can reship once at no extra cost or refund your prepayment in full.
Refund timelines
- Online prepayment refunds: 3–5 business days after approval to your original payment method.
- Balance paid at delivery (if applicable): 3-5 business days after we receive the required details for bank transfer/UPI.
Abuse and fraud prevention
We may disable Partial COD for accounts/addresses with repeated refusals, suspected abuse, or chargeback fraud.
